Spring Break Blitz
March 14th-18th, 11AM - 3:30PM daily

Join our visitors for a week of discovery during Spring Break!  Each day during our Spring Break Blitz families are invited to join us every hour on the hour between 11AM and 3:30PM for story time, arts & crafts, educational activities and butterfly releases.  View the week's scheduled events on our website.

The more the merrier.  Volunteers are needed daily to man the arts & craft table, lead outdoor educational activities, guide visitors through the butterfly house, set up, tear down and share stories during story time.

Manic Mondays!
Mondays thru April 25th

March and April are busy months for our Children's Education Department.  We are busy bees with school field trips.  Mondays are shaping up to be an especially busy day for us.  We are booked solid with school field trips every Monday through the end of April.  If you find yourself with a free Monday, our visiting schoolchildren would love for you to share our beautiful butterflies and gardens with them as a docent or assistant in our EarthKeepers® educational programming.

Of course, Mondays aren't the only day of the week schoolchildren visit Texas Discovery Gardens.  We have a busy March and April lined up and can use your help on any weekday you're available.
