Market Update
 The latest news on pricing trends: With the recent price decreases, we believe now is the time to buy! Let's make a deal! Call and lock in your prices before they go back up. Prices have moved downward slightly over the last couple of weeks and demand has slowed a bit. There is still a lot of demand in some market segments, but not enough to sustain price increases. The consensus is that prices will continue to move sideways to slightly downward over the next 30 to 60 days. This has been a familiar trend for the past few years, we have a seasonal downward trend till the end of the year and then price increases around the first of the new year.
