Werner Enterprises
We are once again pleased to spotlight one of our newest customers along with a member of their team...
 No doubt you have seen one of their 8,500+ trucks going down the road and perhaps you were a little curious about, Werner Enterprises. Although they have offices around the world they maintain their global headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. The company was founded in 1956 by C.L. Werner; when he was just 19 years old he traded in the family car and purchased a truck to start hauling farm products. Company has grown a bit in the past 56 years serving companies of all sizes including many Fortune 100 and 500 organizations; hauling retail and consumer products, grocery products, manufacturing and industrial goods as well as provide logistic services to many of their customers. We are pleased they chose to join the BESTPASS family.
Danyelle Wheelock, our customer contact, has been with the Werner Enterprises since April of 2011. What impresses us most is not just her knowledge of her company, or that she manages their account of over 8,500 transponders and 25,000+ tractors and tailors efficiently and effectively, it's the way she goes about her job. She is there for her drivers, and whether that's by taking care of the behind the scenes work for them or just being a friendly voice on the phone she does what she can to make their lives easier. We asked her what she truly enjoys about her position, her response was not surprising..."the best part about my position is the interaction with the drivers and providing assistance with their toll passes."
 We wanted to know more about her career, interests, what's important to her... Prior to joining company she managed not one, but two income tax offices, preceding that she spent several years in customer service & sales. Outside of work she really enjoys spending time with family, most especially with her three boys. To build on that quality time she decided to undertake a big project enlisting her boys help in researching family ancestry. We wish her and the boys all the best with their project!
Danyelle, wanted us to know, "as a company all associates and professional drivers know safety is a top priority". At BESTPASS we understand the challenges commercial drivers contend with daily. They are sharing crowded roads and highways with an ever increasing number of careless/hurried/enraged drivers so we are thankful that Danyelle does all she can to take care of the back office details so drivers can focus on their main job... driving safely and getting home to their families!

TRANSPONDER BACKORDER | | |
Supplier Reports Temporary Backlog
Currently we are unable to fill orders for some of the most popular transponders (i.e. all FUSION devices, 791 Windshield, 727 Windshield, etc.). The manufacturer is working to meet demands as quickly as possible but at this time we are not able to obtain an estimated delivery date for any of the stock we requested. While delivery to us may be outside our control, as stock arrives here at BESTPASS we will begin filling all active requests in the order in which they were received. We of course understand how frustrating this is for you and apologize for any inconvenience. Again be assured we will do all we can to get your orders filled as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience, thank you. |
