We are pleased to spotlight one of our customers along with a member of their team...
T.Scelzi Auto Transport Inc. located in  Doylestown PA has been in business since October 2008 and a customer of BESTPASS since November 2008; Owner Tony Scelzi has been in the auto transport business for 23+ years. Their customers include, but are not limited to auto dealers, brokers, leasing companies, and Florida Snowbirds. They deliver goods throughout the east coast, central, mid-west, and south. T. Scelzi Auto Transport prides itself on being a relationship based company. Their goal is to provide prompt, professional and courteous service to their customers.
Now, allow us to introduce you to Chrystal Connolly, she is our customer contact at T. Scelzi Transport and is a true pleasure to work with. She knows her company well which is probably due to the fact that she has been with them since their inception in October 2008. Her main goal and what she most enjoys about her postiion: Doing what she can to ease the burden on her drivers and making things run more smoothly for them; ...giving them something to laugh about to help them through their day while they sit in traffic or wait for vehicles to be ready, etc... We all know what is like to sit in traffic or wait in line... BORING!!
What else can we tell you about Chrystal...well she ensures tolls are charged correctly and will question any that do not appear valid...not surprisingly she is a CPA! Oh and her immediate family resides in Texas, but she has quite the extended family in PA. According to Chrystal "...they say you can pick your friends but not your family. I am truly blessed to be able to pick and consider my dearest closest friends as family." She also enjoys travelling, but her favorite vacations are road trips to Florida and Texas. Chrystal would however, like to visit Alaska. We expect one day to receive amazing pictures!
We truly appreciate T. Scelzi Auto Transport's business and especially Chrystal Connolly, for managing their BESTPASS account efficiently and effectively. We look forward to working with her and them for a long time!

Downloading Tolls/Vehicles/Transponders
 BESTPASS offers many convenient online options to download your toll usage, vehicle and transponder information. If you want to download toll usage or review vehicle information along with transponder assignments, my.BESTPASS.com has the tools you need.
Toll Download
If you ever need to download your toll usage records from the current month, prior months or you simply misplaced your invoice email and need to retrieve a new copy of your toll usage for that month, you can logon to my.BESTPASS.com and retrieve your usage.
There are several options and formats to choose from. You can download your usage detail by a specific date range or for a specific invoice. You can also specify the toll set you wish to download, all toll usage, discounted usage (NY Thruway usage, PA Turnpike usage, NJ Turnpike) or all other other non-discounted toll usage. We also offer three (3) different file formats you data can be downloaded in: Comma Separated Values (CSV), Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF.
Many of our customers have been asking to be able to retrieve their PA & NJ Turnpike toll usage prior to the current month's invoice. Historically BESTPASS has only received the discounted NJ & PA toll usage when we were billed by the authorities at the end of each month. We are happy to announce that by Q3-2012 you will be able to retrieve this usage as quickly as we receive it from the PA & NJ tolling authorities (24-48 hours in most cases).
Vehicle Download
You can also download the vehicle information that BESTPASS has on record. Go to my.BESTPASS.com select "Vehicles/Transponders" on the menu at the top of the page and select one of the "Download Vehicle/Transponders List" options. Microsoft Excel and the more generic comma separated values (CSV) format is provide.
Automating Vehicle & Toll Download
For those customers that have IT staff and would like to automate and interface directly with BESTPASS, we offer a direct interface accessible via a secure Internet connection to all your vehicle and toll data. Contact BESTPASS customer support for additional details and to gain access.
Just one more way we try to make managing your toll and bypass usage a bit better.

Emily Blow - Customer Support Intern
 Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the BESTPASS family, Emily Blow, aka "Transponder Girl". She is only with us for a short time as she will be attending Loyola University in Maryland this Fall, but she will return to us during breaks from her studies. She chose this university because it is a smaller school which affords students one on one time with professors plus they have a great Psychology program which is her major focus. Emily is currently assisting us and our customers by ensuring all transponder orders and returns are processed timely, but we are planning to assign other duties to her as part of the Support team so don't be surprised if you hear from her when you submit a request. Emily is quite an accomplished young woman: High Honor Roll, President's Education Award, Colonial Scholar Athlete Award (Basketball and Soccer), National Honor Society, and Marianne Sapienza Award just to name a few. We are proud to have her working with us for the Summer and if the future of the US resides with young people like Emily we believe the future is bright!!
