Recently we have experienced an increase in customers attempting to have violation tolls posted directly to the BESTPASS E-ZPass account. Please be advised you are not authorized to make these requests and it will only delay the processing of your violations which could possibly cause them to go into collections for non-payment.
Violations should be handled as follows: Submit all NY State Thruway (NYSTA) and PA Turnpike (PTC) violations to support@bestpass.com for processing. NYSTA and PTC are the only agencies for which we are authorized to submit on your behalf and request the tolls be posted to the account. For all other agencies you must print and submit the violation processing forms (which stored on our website) along with the original violation notice and PAYMENT for the toll.
By following these simple procedures, it should improve processing time and reduce the number of violations going into collections. |

Christina "Tina" Francis - Customer Support Associate / Finance Administrator
For almost 2 years now Tina, has made it her business to ensure our customers receive superior service and support. Whether you reach out via phone, email, fax, or through our newest tool LIVEChat she is there to answer questions and complete requests. Tina is a key member of our support team, but she has also taken on a new task, she has become an integral part of the business office assisting with receiving and applying customer payments, invoicing, and processing MOP updates. She may have even reached out to you to let you know your credit card is set to expire; she does this to ensure there is no interruption in your service. While other agencies would just let a credit card expire and shut off the account, Tina makes it her business to alert customers and to gain updated information. And... if your check was ever lost in the mail or eaten by the dog, you probably have talked to Tina. As a mom, Tina has to balance her commitment to BESTPASS customers with her personal responsibilities. She spends quality time with her daughter through various sports activities and she has been elected parent representative on the school board 4-years running. Tina will be attending the Mid-America Trucking Show March 22nd through March 24th at booth 61032, if you get a chance, please stop by and say hello.
