Get Ready for Tax Season: IRS Says
e-File is the New Norm

Don't look for tax forms in your mailbox this year; the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced that it will no longer be mailing them automatically. Individuals who filed the old-fashioned way last year will receive a postcard with instructions on how to download and print the paper documents. Those who prefer hard copies can call the IRS and request a mailing, or pick them up from a local library, post office, or IRS branch.

If you e-file, you can also get your refund faster and save a trip to the bank by signing up to have it deposited directly into your bank account.

Free Home Buyer Workshops!

The first will be held on Thursday, March 24 at the RE/MAX Realty Advisors office located at 320 Washington St. in Norwell, MA (2nd floor).

Registration starts at 5:30pm. The program runs from 6 - 6:45pm, with Q & A from 6:45-7pm. Light refreshments will be served.

Learn valuable information about purchasing property in our current market.

A second workshop will be held on Saturday, April 9.

As you may have read last month, I've recently launched a video series called "Tapping Into Our Local Talent" in which I interview local experts such as business and marketing coaches, a social media expert, an appraiser, and a financial planner.
