We are happy to welcome Harvey Venier and Becky Shafer to our bookstore family. Becky has been a teacher and bookseller for many years and will be giving a presentation on November 5th at 3:00 PM. Do you miss the Hawley-Cooke sale tables? We will be featuring bargain/remainder books selected by Harvey, the former buyer for Hawley-Cooke Booksellers. He will be featuring a wide selection of recent kid's books, cookbooks, history, military, science, philosophy, cultural studies, gardening, nature, art, fiction, poetry, classics, gift books and much more! Booksigning by Kentucky Author Thomas Freese coming up on Saturday, October 22, 2 - 4 PM. - More True Tales of Ghosts, Spirits, and Angels. Extended Holiday Hours! Starting November 5, we will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Saturday, so stop by early or stay in late for some extra time to browse for that special gift.
