Chairman's Message October 2011
|
Fall has kicked into full swing with fun events to keep Cedar Hill a great place to live and work. This month we have Country Day on the Hill, Sat, Oct 8th in Historic Downtown. This is a great day to celebrate Cedar Hill by bringing your family to watch the parade, eat great food, play fun games and support businesses. Our Man and Woman of the Year will be in the parade as well as children and youth from various schools and clubs-so be sure you are there. Our annual golf tournament is coming up on October 17th- so get your game on and competitive spirits going and join us!
Bridges Safehouse Pancake Breakfast is sure to fill your stomach while proceeds are going to a great cause that's Sat, Oct 1st at the Ninth Grade Center. Cedar Hill is also growing green -with "Vocal Trash" headlining the kick off Saturday, Oct 1 at Valley Ridge Park Amphitheater. SOOO much to do and the great weather will hopefully continue to give us a skip in our step. See you around. Dr. Speaks |
