May Ambassador of the Month
Judi Anne Worthington, Knit N Kneedle

 Learning to knit and crochet was a favorite past time Judi Anne shared with her grandmother as a young child. Through her desire to create, her hobby turned into a passion of a lifetime.
Toward the end of her nursing career and in preparation for her retirement, Judi Anne opened Crafts Unlimited in 1983. The name changed to Knit 'N Kneedle in 1990. Judy Anne worked as a full time nurse and then ran her shop part-time until she was able to devote herself to her passion full-time in 1990.
Judi Anne has lived and been a business owner in Cedar Hill since 2006. She is proud of her Irish heritage and pays tribute to that as a journeyman with the Irish Knitting Guild. In both 2010 and 2011, Judi Anne was voted as the Daily Focus Reader's Choice and the South West Suburban Reader's Choice as best yarn shop, an honor for which she is very proud.
