 Manifesting a Better New Year : Three Techniques
I have gotten a number of letters thanking me for the manifestation triange in the last newsletter.
On January 2nd, we are doing a day of manifestation and visioning in Glendale/La Crescenta (Only $65.. signup here)
For those of you who can't come, or who are deciding to come, I want you to be able to do some of the same things
Vision Boarding
The morning will be Vision Boarding. Create a vision board for the new year, the subconscious works better with pictures than with words. We will be cuttting pictures out of magazines of our wants, our desires, our dreams and needs. What are you trying to manifest. Picture it happening.. This is an amazingly powerful way to put your dreams into motion. Try to find some images to make your dreams manifest and put them where you can see them, on your computer screen background, on your phone, on your wall.. Remind your subconscious self of the amazing things you welcome into your life.
Calendar Reiki
Create a distance symbol with the intention to send Reiki to your coming year.
Take a physical Calendar, or just think about the month of January, and send reiki to the month as a whole, or even to each week or day of the month, depending on the amount of time you wish to take. A physical calendar is also nice because you can see what holidays, birthdays or major events you will have for that month.. Repeat with February, and so on for the entire year.
You can do this for one person, or a group of people, depending on your intention
Using Reiki to Clear Pathways to what you want
Spend a few minutes figuring out what you want to achieve, prioritize your goals, and pick just one to focus on.. (At least do one at a time). Get a paper and pencil
I find the problem with most peoples goals, is they have the dream, they have where they are standing now, and there is no way to get from here to there.
At the lower left corner of the paper, draw a circle to represent you as you are now.

Sending Reiki to Visions of Traumatic Events - By Jessica Miller
A number of people I have met in Reiki classes have had visions of bad things happening, that they later found out to be true. Premonition of traumatic events is a relatively common psychic ability, and seems to happen to about 1 in 30 people, and often to multiple members of the same family.
Often these people live in terror of their gift. To have a dream of a loved one dying, or someone losing a job, or being in a terrible accident is bad enough, but to then find the dream was real is a tremendous burden.
My suggestion is to treat these visions as a gift. They are a chance to moderate or heal some aspect of that future, whether it is real or metaphorical.
If you have such a vision, take a few minutes then and there, to send positive energy to the situation. If you haven't learned Reiki yet, simply pray. In either case, ask for guidance of what you should do.

My Reiki Driving Story - by Kahlia Kimberly
Jess, you were so right about how much powerful and clearer things will be.
On the way home from class Sunday night. I had a vision I was driving and getting into an accident by hitting the guardrail. I slowed down and I calmly did the Reiki Power symbol and said it three times. I also included a pray for my car and myself that nothing will affect my car for 50ft around.
Just then the large pick up truck in the fast lane (far left) hydroplaned and came across all the lanes and hit the guardrail head on (by the slow lane). The car then spun away from me and then suddenly started flipping and rolling back towards me. To my amazement the truck was still rolling. The car flipped completely over twice, and came to a rest upside down. As it landed, I saw him suspended upside down, screaming in fear that my car was going to hit him, his hands spread out in front of him. As his vehicle came down, I was terrified because it looked like his truck was going to land on my car.
