Protecting Your Home While Away 
Summer is on our doorsteps and many families are planning vacations that take them away from home. Seasoned burglars know that summer vacations mean opportunities to strike while the homeowners is away. To lessen the liklihood of your home becoming a target consider the following tips:
New Mass Home Heating Law 
Effective July 1st, 2010 a new law effecting homeowners goes into effect. By July 1, 2010, you must upgrade your home heating system equipment to prevent leaks from tanks and pipes that connect to your furnace. Most oil heating systems installed after January 1st 1990 are in compliance however the new law also addresses insurance.
