It is with great pleasure that we announce Vinnie Depergola as the new Account Manager covering Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Central/Western Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Blue Thunder Technologies, Vinnie worked in various facets of sales and customer service with Performance Food Group, a broad-line food distributor. Many of the challenges and subsequent successes he had there relate directly to any type of distribution, regardless of the product being provided.
As a former Executive Chef, he understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction. "Never forget what it's like to be the customer," has been an oft-repeated tag line of his, and his approach to customer service shows he demonstrates that philosophy every day. "As a chef, you get immediate, unmistakable feedback on how you're doing, so you do everything you can to get it right the first time". Blue Thunder Technologies wholeheartedly agrees with this objective.
