Greetings!

The troops continue to be amazed at the generosity of the American people.   They wish to thank us, when we know that they are the ones deserving our gratitude!

The second letter references soap.  Please know that our organization does NOT send soap in our packages, but some of our collections do come in with bars of soap inside.   That smell can transfer to the food products.  Please if you are doing a collection, remind everyone not to place soap in with the food.

Our collections are very low right now.  If you would like to organize a quick fourth of July collection, please email our collections manager for a list of products that are currently needed.

My mom submitted my name for a packageI've attached a picture of myself and a Soldier with some of the goodies.

Kevin just received his package today that you all sent.  The look on his face was priceless as he was so surprised and appreciative of everything.  Thank you so much.  It got me thinking and if it's not too much to ask, would you be willing to send packages to everyone in my Company if I provide you the names?  I've included the names below of everyone that has months to go just in case.  Thank you so much for caring!

God Bless!  Jackie

Hello- and thank you for the wonderful box your organization sent to me here in the Sinai.  I'm Command Sergeant Major Rich, the CSM of Task Force Sinai in the Multinational Forces and Observers mission here on the Egypt/Israeli border.  Your package was just amazing, huge!  I personally loved the trail mix best because we get nothing like that here.  Granola and trail mix are HUGE- and the Pop Tarts and Starbucks Coffee- both the grounds and the instant, were perfect.  I put the instant in my pocket and it's perfect for times away from a coffee machine.  The box arrived in great condition and it was just awesome.  I'd double or triple bag anything "soapy" as one or two things did have a slight soap taste to them... but anything is better than the chow hall!  The tuna was good as were the Girl Scout Cookies.  You sure know what a Soldier likes!

The package was generous enough that I shared it with many of the other troopers here with me as well- and everyone in our hootch was a bit happier the day I came in with your package.  Thank you for all you do to support us.  I know not everyone will write you back- but everyone who gets a package REALLY appreciates it, even if they don't write you.

That I can assure you.

Thank you again.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of military members past and present. I came into the warehouse with my wife, Lauren, on Saturday June 16 and was presented with a gift commemorating my discharge from active duty. The items within the gift were well thought out and graciously received. Additionally, the warm welcome we received during our visit conveyed the appreciation OSOT America has for our Nation's military. I received care packages from OSOTIL during my deployment to Iraq from 2007-2008 and it was always amazing to see how many, much needed, items could be crammed into one box! I thank you for your support then and now, and I wish your organization continued success in your noble effort.

Respectfully,
