Greetings!

It was wonderful yesterday to celebrate the holidays with our OSOT America family at our annual Christmas party.  We took a moment to recognize the families there who have loved ones currently deployed.   Many of our members have loved ones that have served multiple tours.  It's great to belong to a group of people so interested in supporting our nation's military.  It's so important that all of our brave men and women know that America has not forgotten them.

I want to tell you THANK YOU very much for the Christmas package. I can't express how wonderful it made me feel. I am away from my children and family for the first time in my life for the holidays, so having a little bit of love around the holidays was definitely worth it. I believe this is my last care package as I leave next month. I have enjoyed getting the care packages and I tell MSG Frank  how wonderful of a job you all do every time I get one. I am happy that he suggested we go through you all, your packages have actually been the only ones I have gotten here as well. So keep up the good work and know that all of us over here that get packages from you all appreciate it very much.

Bryce and Jacky in Afghanistan

I received your amazing care package through Jaimie today, and all I can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!! Let me tell you a little about myself, I grew up in St. Louis, MO (yes still a Cardinals and Blues fan). After college I moved to Palatine, IL, met a great woman named Melissa, fell in love, and got married. 6 years ago I was unhappy with my professional life and heard the call to serve. I became a Military Police officer (Master-at-Arms) for the United States Navy and eventually worked my way up to earning the chance to attend MWD (Military Working Dog) School. I graduated from this school in August of 2006 and have never looked back. I served a tour of duty in Iraq with my first "partner" Britta in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2008-2009). I am currently stationed at Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy were I was assigned my current "partner" Jacky. Jacky is a three year old Belgium Malinois who is a trained attack dog and explosive sniffer. Currently we are deployed in southern Afghanistan. I am stationed with 9 other men and women representing the: Air force, Army, and Navy (the "Dirty South Bastards"...long story HAHA). The ten of us live, work, train, and conduct missions with each other 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until its time to go home. We all wish you and yours a very Happy Holiday Season. Enclosed is a picture of Jacky and I and a group shot of us (some were out on mission when the group photo was taken). Again thank you all and god bless.

Very respectfully,

   MA2 Bryce USN
