1. You need to decide what you really would like to do to your yard to make it more enjoyable for your use. (This decision should consider amount of space, economics, and/or family ages, needs, requirements.)
2. Call Sunset at 562-881-6000 and make an appointment with John Zahn to come to your home and meet with you. (Appointments should be booked in the daylight when all the decision makers can be present.)
3. During the appointment, John will walk the yard with you and listen to your ideas, measure the yard, and show you the Sunset portfolio of similar jobs. (He will make every effort to understand what you truly want your outdoor living to include and give you suggestions and recommendations for your consideration.)
4. Based on this visit, a proposal will be prepared which includes a specific breakdown of the "nuts and bolts" of costs.  You will know how much each component of the job costs and a worksheet to calculate the cost of basic items and a separate list of optional items. (This will allow you to add, modify, or change your plans if you so desire.)
5. When you are comfortable with the general price structure, the exact plans, complete with details, will be drawn up for your final approval.
6. Now, it is time to schedule the job at your convenience.

When you spent the money to build a pool and spa, you may not have expected or planned for the natural effects pool water has to create calcium buildup and other deposits that deceptively make your pool tile look prematurely old and less attractive than it once was.  

For a fraction of the price of replacement, you can get rid of that buildup in about an hour and a half with a safe, quick and efficient process, which is not only effective on tile, but also brick, coping, natural and artificial rock.

This process does not require your pool to be emptied. The water level is simply lowered six inches and then environmentally safe glass beads are sprayed on the surface at low pressure to ensure that no damage is done to the tile or surface being cleaned. At this point, we recommend sealing the tile and grout. After the cleaning is complete, the glass beads and buildup, which has sunk to the bottom of the pool, are vacuumed up, the water level is returned to normal, and the surrounding area is cleaned, leaving you with a pool or spa that looks like new and is ready to swim in.

The quality of your water determines how quickly calcium and other deposits accumulate on the surfaces of your pool. On average it can be as soon as six months to a year. To keep your tile and other surfaces looking nice after you have had them serviced, you can have them maintained for a reduced rate every two years, so the extensive buildup does not take over your pool again.

What you will need:

• Baby Back Ribs 2-3 people per rack
• 1 large yellow onion
• 1 head of garlic
• Salt and pepper seasonings
• Large BBQ sauce
• 2 full body beers

How you will do it:

• Find an old baking pan that won't mind the BBQ
• Cut rack up between ribs in pieces of 3-4 ribs each
• Apply ample seasonings of your choice to both sides of ribs
• Peal the garlic and place half in the bottom of pan
• Cut up onion and place half in the bottom of pan
• Place half of the ribs in pan on top of garlic and onion
• Pour half of BBQ sauce on ribs
• Repeat process: garlic, onion, ribs and sauce
• Pour beer into the bottom of pan to keep the ribs moist
• Cover pan tightly with foil
• Place on preheated BBQ at medium-low heat for 1 ½ to 2 hours
• Remove from BBQ and let stand for at least 1 hour
• Remove foil from pan
• Place rib pieces back on BBQ to get grill marks
• Be careful ribs are fragile!
• Dip ribs between turning in sauce
• Remove ribs and enjoy!
