Spring Is Trying To Do Its Thing!
Greetings!
All of us at Sunset Designers and Builders are excited about the prospect of continuing to be of service to you in the coming year. And, more importantly, we'd like you to become one of our advocates. As this little graph demonstrates, there are only four steps from being a prospective customer to being an advocate.
It's what goes on between those steps that make the difference. When someone is a prospective customer, we try to show them how Sunset Designers and Builders can meet their outdoor living needs. As a customer, we get the opportunity to demonstrate our fine workmanship, excellent customer service and the respect we show for your family and yard during construction.
Making each customer a satisfied customer is important because satisfied customers are the ones who can "make" our company.
But our primary goal is to make each satisfied customer an advocate for our business. An advocate is one who refers us to their friends, co-workers, extended family and neighbors. One who speaks of us with conviction and fervor, they are the backbone of our success.

Zahn Family Sun Mosaic
Maybe, it's because the company is called Sunset, but I have always had a 'thing' for items relating to the sun. I wanted a new piece to go on my outdoor fireplace and I have a friend Linda McDonald who has done this type of mosaic work before, so I asked her to assist me. Digging A Pool.... The Fun Way!
Some swimming pool digs are different than others and this certainly is one of them. We demolished a portion of an existing pool and dug a new pool. Some of this video was shot at night due to us racing to get this done and covered before the rain came. Definitely worth watching! Click the photo below to watch the video.
