Washington Update: The Latest on the Political and Policy Scene from the Nation's Capital

As Director of the Washington Office of The Jewish Federations of North America, William Daroff has a front row seat to politics. Particularly during an election year, Washington is abuzz with talk of how to build the strongest, most secure, and most prosperous America for future generations. Elections matter - and the people we put in office will be the decision makers and the allocators of the estimated $10 billion of federal funds that flow to Jewish agencies each year. From Medicaid to foreign aid, the presidential and congressional elections will have profound implications for the Jewish community. In this session, William Daroff provides insight to the political and policy factors surrounding the 2012 elections.
