This was the briefing we received from a recent client...

 

A national conference of 140 delegates requiring:

  • A Ballroom plus breakout meeting rooms ( or concurrent sessions)
  • space for a sophisticated canapé night and Minute To Win It style competition and
  • Gala Dinner with band for awards ceremony.

Abbey Beach Resort caters for up to 300 delegates so we had no doubt, the order could be met.
The Conference was held here in November 2010 and I'm proud to say our client was thrilled with the result. 

Success relied on clever collaboration between:

  • a Melbourne-based event organiser
  • a Melbourne-based event and AV design company
  • Perth-based entertainment AND
  • Bunbury-based sound technicians.

What an effort!


And over the 3 day event, delegates were well taken care of in our luxury Studio Spa Suites - provided to our Conference Client at an exclusive corporate rate.

From the moment our conference team booked in we were meet with warm & friendly hospitality. The manager & conference organiser greeted us & made sure we had all that we required... The conference amenities, sauna, two great pools, spa, fully operational art studio & friendly restaurant (you could eat alfresco) made for such a relaxed environment.
