New Greater Downtown Retail Improvement Loan Program

Retailers located within the boundaries of River to Victory Drive and from West Boundary to General McIntosh; and from MLK and Montgomery from the River to 52nd Street are eligible for this program.

The loan program offers funds up to $7,500 with a 5% fixed rate and 5-year repayment period. Borrowers can use the loan to purchase inventory, advertise, payroll, merchandising, or working capital to sustain or expand daily operations.
