            Newsletter                  August/Sept 2009

Greetings!
This is the occasional newsletter from the the Energy Emporium of Enfield, NH.

Over 690,000 people took advantage of 'cash for clunkers' -- but did you know that the rebates are even higher and the starting costs are lower for acquiring a renewable energy system? See 'Rebates for Renewables' below.

Rebates for Renewables
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
rebatesIf you thought "cash for clunkers" was a good deal, don't miss out on "rebates for renewables"!  In the clunkers program the maximum amount you could get for trading in your old car was $4500. The incentives and rebates for renewable energy systems are typically well over $5000 and there is no cap on the tax credit, which is 30% of the total cost (parts and labor).
Immediately after installation of a renewable energy system the value of your house will increase by more than your effective payment; and forever going forward your monthly bills will be lower than what they would be without it.
And a renewable energy system is less than the cost of a new car - under $10,000 for a typical solar hot water system; under $20,000 for a typical solar electric system.
What are you waiting for?
