This is the first of an occasional newsletter from the the Energy Emporium of Enfield, NH.
This newsletter serves two audiences: 1) individuals interested in renewable energy products, federal and state incentives, recycling, and sustainability; and 2) information, training and products available at the Enfield Energy Emporium, a retail store/show room located in Enfield, NH.

Federal Renewable Energy Incentives
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Starting in 2009, the federal government will provide a tax credit for homeowners and businesses that install
renewable energy sources. You will get 30% of the total cost (products and installation) of adding solar electric, solar hot water, wind turbines, geo-thermal systems or fuel cell technology.

Enfield Energy Emporium, Grand Opening

 The Enfield Energy Emporium opened its doors officially on April 11, 2009!
If you didn't get a chance to join in the festivities, please drop by
any time and say 'hello'. The store hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10am -
5pm, and Saturday 10am - 2pm.

Earth 'month' in-store special
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To celebrate earth day, we are working with the local energy committee and stores in town to provide CFL (Compact Flourescent Lights) at cost. From April 22 - May 22, get 60W, 75W and 100W equivalent CFLs at cost. The
Enfield Hardware store and Enfield Energy Emporium are both
participating, so if you have been waiting to buy CFLs, this is the
time!
