Partnership, "S" Corporation, "C" Corp?  An LLC? LLP?  Are you an independent entrepreneur?   It's an alphabet soup out there!  How do you know what's right?? How much does each one cost?  Do you even NEED an entity?

Join us for this information-packed educational seminar as an attorney and CPA explore and discuss the need, the advantages and disadvantages of each type of entity, and the tax ramifications - and perhaps help you find a way to save money on your business next year.
