COMMIT-TED's Type I Diabetes Informational Event
Greetings!
On June 4th, COMMIT-TED is hosting a Type I diabetes informational event at Moraine Valley Community College. For parents and caregivers of children with diabetes, this event will provide an opportunity for you to learn in a relaxed setting from professionals in the Type I Community.
Put together from the perspective of a parent, I invite you to come to meet other families and learn about issues concerning our children. This event will include Special Guest Speakers Suzanne Elder and Gary Gilles. In addition, Breakout sessions of importance to your circumstances will be available. The event is FREE, and a light breakfast and snack will be served. However, space is limited to the first 100 families that register. Please use the link below to register online.
