Reform to Include Permanent Extension for EB5
A statement issued by the office of Sen. Patrick S. Leahy, D-Vt., confirms the release of a comprehensive immigration reform framework, which currently includes permanent extension for EB-5, a popular investment visa category with bipartisan support.
Governor Addresses Local International Business Leaders
On Tuesday, outgoing Wisconsin Governor, Jim Doyle addressed international business leaders at the 46th Annual Wisconsin International Trade Conference.
During his address he commended Wisconsin businesses for their dedication to welcoming international trade and urged them to continue forging new relationships with companies, entrepreneurs and CEOs throughout the globe.
Governor Jim Doyle is a major supporter of international trade and has lead several trade missions throughout his tenure as governor. RCI FirstPathway Partners CEO, Bob Kraft has traveled with the governor on various international trade missions.

 Kraft Hosts Agents Throughout China
Last month Chairman and CEO Bob Kraft traveled to China to meet with agents and host seminars. RCI FirstPathway Partners would like to thank all the agents and clients who participated in his most recent visit. Kraft is scheduled to return to China in June.
 
 
Director Mayorkas Testifies Before Judiciary Committee
Tuesday May 11th- Alejandro Mayorkas, Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, testified before the US Senate Judiciary Committee in a hearing examining USCIS practices in multiple categories including EB5.
During the hearing Director Mayorkas, vowed to work with Senator Leahy, longtime supporter of EB5, to improve the efficiency of EB5. One promising change discussed was the possibility of pre-approving Regional Center business plans. Mayorkas and USCIS are dedicated to an efficient process, stating, "We (USCIS) understand the benefit that a Regional Center determination can have on future EB5 applications."
 
I-526 Approval Rating
