RCIFPP's EB5 Project Featured: Aloft Hotel Fortune Small Business Magazine & CNN.com
Milwaukee's Aloft Hotel has found itself in a whirlwind of positive national press for its anticipated use of RCI FirstPathway EB5 capitol. This Week CNN.com featured Milwaukee's Aloft Hotel in a story entitled Invest $500,000, score a U.S. visa. According to the article, last year alone "EB5 immigrants invested more than 400 million in US ventures."
The July-August edition of Fortune Small Business Magazine, which also highlights the Aloft, called the EB-5 visa program a win-win for foreign investors and developers alike.
Many think the recent EB5 publicity is due impart to the Senate's bipartisan effort to make this program permanent.
The Aloft Hotel which anticipates creating over 400 jobs for RCI FirstPathway EB5 investors is slated to open in December of this year. Also featured in both articles was Milwaukee's very own Tim Sheehy, President of the MMAC.
