
Say you had a building that is 100 stories tall and you wanted to make it 120 stories tall. Most of you say that you can put 20 stories on top of that building. OOPs! To build a building of 120 stories you first have to knock down that 100 story building and dig deeper in the ground than before.
It is the same with our own bodies. To build a better mind/ body you have to break it down and balance it, to build it up. Our bodies have mechanism to do this on a regular basis but our lifestyles do not always allow for this.
We need to take time in our lives for this breakdown process. We need to come into balance, and then start to build it up.
