Greetings!

Our June 28 event with Laura Liswood, co-founder of the Council of Women World Leaders and The White House Project, was inspiring and filled with important information.

Photos of the event are online at our website.
We use Flickr which
allows viewers to add their own captions so please do so!

You can read about Laura's remarks in a wonderful column written by Tryce Czyczynska for San Diego News Network.

RWR member Bonnie Burns Price wrote a terrific column about why the United States cannot claim to have democracy until woman are truly represented in all policy-making decisions because she contends that men's decisions have often undermined the common good.

Please hold Wednesday, July 29 (noon-1:30 pm) for an informal Q&A with California Assembly Speaker Karen Bass. More information will be emailed out next week.

Thank you for your support for Run Women Run.
