It is one thing to write a Newsletter every month. It is something else to write stuff that people actually care about !
So, talk to me. What do you want to know? What should I write that is important to you, or that you don't understand?
My goal is to be educational, to give you the information that is helpful to you as you deal with your note. Past issues have tried to explain how seller financing is filling the void during our credit crunch. We have talked about how selling a note is actually a stimulus to the local economy. We discussed the role foreclosure investors are playing in this current market. And, we outlined common mistakes people make in creating their notes that cost them dearly when the time comes to sell. Looking through my Archive section will allow you to read all past Newsletters.
The audience receiving this Newsletter is varied. We have note holders, real estate agents and brokers, mortgage brokers, investors, attorneys, CPA's, financial planners, bankers, developers and people who just are interested in what I have to say ( only a few ) !
