The Texas State Board of Education is preparing to meet in late March to decide whether to allow students in Texas the opportunity to learn the strengths and weaknesses of evolution.
This debate will have far-reaching consequences for textbooks across the country.
I am amazed that so many scientists hang onto Darwinism to explain the origin of man through a series of random mutations and natural selection beginning with random chemicals in early earth.
Fortunately, there are over 800 active Ph.D.'s who have signed a scientific dissent stating "We are skeptical of claims for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life. Careful examination of the evidence for Darwinian theory should be encouraged": Link to Scientists

If you would be willing to share your views with the Texas State Board of Education, I might suggest a direct email to the three representatives from North Texas who voted in February to prevent Texas students from learning any weaknesses in Darwinism. Their names are: Bob Craig, Mavis Knight, and Geraldine Miller. They can all be reached through one email at sboesupport@tea.state.tx.us
