Come to the Lunch and Learn on Tuesday, October 28 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Valade Healing Arts Center (third floor Van Elslander Cancer Center) to learn how to prepare three different appetizers for this Holiday Season: Vegetarian Fresh Rolls, Asparagus Guacamole, and "Jezebel Sauce" - a sweet and spicy spread for crackers. Registered Dietitian Damien Buchkowski will lead the class, which costs $5.
