A Note From FSCS
Dear FSCS Community,
"Tis' The Season", people say. That is a phrase that has many meanings to many people. For some, it is the season of giving, the season of receiving, the season of shopping. There will be additional baking, additional eating, and additional stress.
As Catholics, it is also the season of hope; hope for ourselves and hope for all. It is a time of anticipation, a time of renewal, and time of reuniting.
That, to us, is the true meaning of Christmas. We anticipate the coming of Jesus whose birth renews our faith and reunites us with God for our salvation. To paraphrase the Gospel of Luke, "For unto you a Savior is born".
Jesus came into the world for us and is the symbol of hope to all of us. He is the symbol of hope for a better life, for better relationships, for a better community, and ultimately, a better world.
As a popular Christmas song says' "It's the most wonderful time of the year". As Catholics, we truly believe that the birth of the Savior is, truly, the most wonderful time of the year.

Winter Session I (Intro level session for beginners)
For: 4th-6th Gr Boys & Girls
What: Explore Scratch Computer Software in this fun 5 week long class
When: Wednesdays @ 2:30-3:45 in the Computer Lab (First meeting is Jan. 13)
