Thank You Mrs. Tiede & Ms. Williams!

What a great way to get in the holiday spirit. . . . .A huge thank you to Mrs. Tiede and Ms. Williams for kicking off the Christmas concert season last night.  All three of the groups-the 5th grade band, the Concert Band, and the Concert Choir- did an amazing job!  Thanks to all of the students for sharing their talent.  Great job students.

Christmas Concert DVDs

Back by popular demand the Home and School Association will have the Christmas concerts professionally videotaped - including exclusive behind the scenes footage.  See our rising stars as they prepare for their performances.

We provide this service so all concert goers have an unobstructed view of the performance and so parents don't have to watch the show through the view finder of their camera!

The cost of each DVD is $20 and includes all performances on December 17th and 22nd. All performances are included on each DVD.  Order forms are available online.  Order forms should be returned to school no later than December 22nd.   The DVDs will be sent home after Christmas break.
Lost & Found

Please take time to look through the Lost & Found and locate any items that you have lost or are missing from your child's closet by Wednesday, December 23rd.  Any unclaimed items will be taken to charity.
1st Trimester Honor Roll Reminder

In continuing to make Faithful Shepherd an outstanding Academic Facility, we are altering our honor roll criteria beginning this school year.  As mentioned last year in the Star Report, we feel this change will allow our students more of a challenge of which to strive.  Our new system will look as follows:

High Honors:  4.0 GPA

Honors:  3.65-3.999 GPA

Thank you for consistently encouraging your children to work diligently in their studies!

Teacher Appreciation Lunch Volunteers

Looking for a way to help recognize all the great work the teachers and staff at Faithful Shepherd do?  Then volunteer to help with the Teacher Appreciation Lunch.  Volunteers are needed to help the day of the event, January 29, as well as to donate food for the lunch. If you are interested in volunteering for the event, please visit the school website, and  click on the Teacher Luncheon signup on the HSA home page or email Annette Maggi at annette.maggi@yahoo.com.
