Ask a busy person...

That's the answer to the question "If you want to get something done, whom do you ask?". It's certainly true for Green Needham and our projects to:
  • Bring solar and wind power at the Needham RTS
  • Help people make their homes more energy efficient
  • Reduce energy use and save money
  • Fight climate change
  • Involve and educate the community
Would you like to help but are unsure whether you have time or would know what to do? Whether you are a beginner or an expert, whether you have a little time or a lot, we can help match your interest in the environment with a volunteer opportunity.

Take the first step - talk with us. Just click here and tell us when one of our Steering Committee members can reach you for a quick phone call to explore the many possibilities of getting involved.
Needham in Motion campaign
Get ready for Needham in Motion! The month of May will see wildflower walks, a "tour de Needham" bike ride, an introduction to geocaching, and more. These activities are part of a community-wide initiative encouraging Needhamites to leave their cars at home and make trips on foot, by bike, or using public transportation.

Home Energy Efficiency Seminars
These Green Needham seminars provide actionable information to help homeowners understand and navigate the process of making home energy improvements that save money. We'd like to do one for your community group or organization.
