Fish & Richardson Elects William Marsden and Timothy Devlin to Firmwide Management Positions
Wilmington, DE, April 8, 2009 -William J. Marsden, Jr., the founder and Managing Principal of the firm's Delaware office, has been elected to the firm's seven member Management Committee. The Management Committee is responsible for the firm's worldwide business operations and sets strategic direction and policy for the firm. Mr. Marsden previously served three terms on the firm's Compensation Committee. Timothy Devlin, also a principal in the firm's Delaware office, was elected to the firm's five member Compensation Committee to fill the vacancy created when Mr. Marsden stepped down to run for the Management Committee.
