Don't Quit.... Give me your very best.
One of the most inspirational movie clips I have ever watched comes from the movie Facing the Giants. The film was shot on a limited budget in America in 2006 and achieved massive acclaim. The clip attached from the American Football field provides some great lessons for all of us who are facing uncertain times:
- The need to persist in the face of great hardship.
- The ability to give our very best, when our natural instincts maybe to just get by or worse still give up.
- When ever the going gets tough, finding the courage and a clear sense of purpose to achieve our goals.
- To have belief when all around us have doubt.
- Developing a winning mindset.

Having watched the clip I want you to think hard about the following:
How you are leading your team right now. Are you leading and coaching them to achieve greater success?
Are you taking account for being the most inspirational player in your team, setting down a compelling vision and common goal that everyone else can follow?
Are you making the tough calls to enable you to take your business to the next level?
Who is holding you accountable to achieve your very best?
Remember great coaching is not just for Sports.
