The Benefits Card, a MasterCard® prepaid benefits card, may now be used to pay for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) eligible items at Costco Pharmacy, Optical Center and Hearing Center registers.
Costco is now utilizing the Inventory Information Approval System (IIAS) to substantiate FSA eligible purchases at these registers. If an item is not eligible, the member will be asked for another form of payment.
