Dear Friends of Habitat,

Several days ago, Dyttha Gallagher (World Build Chairman and Board Member), Ron Olsen (Construction Manager) and I had the privilege of visiting the offices of the Healy Group, whose president presented us with two checks totaling $8,000 for World Build. I wish you could have observed the excitement of their employees and the enthusiasm of their leadership team. This is just one example of the generosity and passion for the mission of Habitat that can be found in our community. This month also marks the start of our 10th consecutive Women Build, which mobilizes women from all over St. Joseph County -- women with passion and energy to help eliminate poverty housing. And speaking of women working to make a difference, a representative from Saint Mary's College notified me today that they would like to start a Habitat Club and participate in a spring build. These are exciting times at Habitat. Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Jim
