'THE PREDATOR' IS IN DENVER 11.12.11!

This is it. The NPC MET-Rx Rocky is the last show of the competition season. Over 200 athletes are making this their final trip to a CO stage for 2011. With 2 time Arnold Champ, Kai Greene, guest posing, this is a good way to end an awesome year for Colorado NPC athletes. Thank you for supporting our NPC competitors!

After 4 years of focused training that began when I was still in school, I felt I was ready to diet for my first competition. I had gone from a 6'4" 180lb basketball player to a 6'4" 260lb natural bodybuilder. I knew that having a 6'4" frame put me at a disadvantage as a Bodybuilder. But given that I had good shape and symmetry, I felt I had put on enough muscle to be successful. So with the help and support of my new co-workers at Max Muscle I knew that it was as good a time as any to do my first show.
