2010 NPC CO State Bikini Champ, Abbie Burrows, is Olympia qualified with her 2nd place finish at the IFBB New York Pro Bikini show last weekend!  2010 NPC Max Muscle Mile High Figure Champ, Sara Hurrle, placed 6th at the IFBB Cal Pro last week. Good job, Colorado!

Competition season is in full swing with NPC amateur and IFBB Pro shows nonstop through fall.
Congratulations to new IFBB Pro, Heather Grace, right, who won her class and one of the two pro cards at the NPC Jr.USA. The next weekend she took 12th at the IFBB Cal Pro!
Will we be seeing tomorrow's IFBB Pros at the NPC Max Muscle Mile High Saturday? Hope to see you there.

Elena Moore- Max Muscle Sports Nutrition Figure Competitor Placed 2nd in Master Class at the 2010 Colorado Rocky What advice would you give to another competitor? Believe in yourself and trust the process! The nutrition experts at Max Muscle Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree guided me in the right direction during my contest prep! I worked with Jaime Meade, IFBB Figure Pro at Max Muscle Highlands Ranch/Lone tree Colorado for my first figure competition. She provided me with the tools I need to for proper training, supplements, and nutrition plan. With all the right tools, positivity, diligence, and coaching my goals were attained!
