Alice di Micele
kids bluebell

Thursday, May 1st @ 7:30pm.
No cover!

The first thing you'll notice about Alice Di Micele is her voice. With a five-octave range that is intense, sensual, rich and soulful, Di Micele has been known to turn a noisy bar silent within a few notes. Her warm presence and humor disarm and create a rare intimacy between audience and performer. Whether singing a jazzy-folk number, belting a sassy blues, or rocking out on one of her trademark rhythmic earthy grooves, Alice is a vocalist that moves people.

The Moon Mountain Ramblers
kids bluebellSaturday May 3rd 8:30 PM.  No Cover!

"The Moon Mountain Ramblers, a string band from Bend, have created their own soulful interpretation of traditional bluegrass, swing music and country music. Listen to their tunes and you'll hear Djengo Reinhardt-flavored acoustic jazz or country rock a la Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers."  - Laurie Houston, Tempo Mail Tribune

Left Hand Smoke
kids bluebell

Friday, May 9th 9 pm. $5 cover

LHS returns again to the pub for another night of their infamous crushing rock!  Fronted by brothers Ben Mish, a piano phenomenon with a soulful voice and a raucous attitude, and Will Mish, a guitar wizard who has earned critical nods for his unfathomable talent and innate sense of melody and blues, and flanked by Irish-born multi-talented rhythm guitarist Ronan O'Mahony, a childhood friend and co-songwriter, and the inimitable stick-man Andrew Cloutier on drums, Left Hand Smoke brews up a blend of neo-soul and rock that is steeped in tradition, yet entirely original and fresh.

Creeping Time
kids bluebell

Saturday, May 10th 9 pm NO COVER!

Original 4 piece acoustic grassrock from Seattle, Creeping Time, makes their TRP debut.  The current line-up, whose music spans the gap between your grandfather's bluegrass and modern rocket science, continues to entertain audiences of all ages throughout the Pacific Northwest. It's like Bill Monroe, Doc Watson and Vassar Clements jamming with Phish, Steve Earle and the Ramones. The poetry of the lyrics is matched only by the passion and fire with which they play.

After contacting the Allman Brothers Band for permission in Nov 2006, One Way Out was officially formed in Feb 2007 with the blessing of Kirk West, road manager of the Allman Brothers Band and Gregg Allman himself gave the thumbs up according to Kirk.  Some of the current members have been in bands that shared the bill with top acts such as Ted Nugent, Southern Rock Allstars, Steppinwolf, Blue Oyster Cult, Edgar Winter, the Outlaws, Night Ranger, Rick Derringer and many more. "We just want to put on a great show for the fans and have fun doing it. That's what music is all about...having fun".

David Jacobs-Strain
Tuesday, May 27th 7:30 pm. No Cover.
Jacob was one of the first performers ever at the old Methow Valley Brewing Company, way back in 1999 when he was only 16 years old.  Today Jacobs-Strain is hailed as a blues prodigy, he rocked then and we are very excited for his return 9 years later!!!
Adam Hill
kids bluebellThursday, May 29th, 7:00 pm
"[Hill] delivers an antidote to the melancholy tuneage that characterizes his hipper-than-thou hometown [Portland]. . . .with a style that could be pulled from the New Lost City Ramblers songbook, but with the progressiveness of the Country Gentlemen. . . . Hill will inevitably be lumped with old-time revivalists like Old Crow Medicine Show, but in actuality he's more difficult to peg. He could be right at home next to Vandaveer and Luke Temple. Four Shades of Green is wayfaring like the Hackensaw Boys but vogue like the Avett Brothers." Jonathan Stumpf (Missoula Independent)
Danbert Nobacon & David Rovics-
Riot and Protest Folk

kids bluebellFriday, May 30th, 7:30 pm.  No Cover.
Danbert Nobacon returns for his second performance of Riot Folk at the pub, this time with friend David Rovics. Nobacon recently moved to the Methow Valley with his family and is formerly from the Euro-pop band Chumbawumba.  Rovics is internationally acclaimed for his "Protest Folk".  "I like to write songs about how the world is going to hell and what people are trying to do about it. I spend much of my time playing concerts throughout North America, Europe and occasionally elsewhere. " - David Rovics

Junkyard Jane

2007 found Junkyard Jane celebrating 10 years of rockin' the Northwest as well as the Deep South. After their inception in 1997, the band moved their base of operations to Kentucky from 2003-2006. Now firmly entrenched in Tacoma once again, the freakish four continue to entertain rabid fans of the Great Northwest and beyond.
