Weaver Tile Scott Weaver Horton, Michigan
Weaver Tile started in 2000 after spending four winters learning the craft of tile making at Pewabic Pottery in Detroit, Michigan. We are a small tile studio located in southern Michigan. We produce high quality, high fire decorative tiles. As you look at this site you will see that our love of gardening, wildflowers and nature has heavily influenced the tile designs.
Most of our tiles are hand pressed in molds that we make from our original sculpted works. We endeavor to produce high quality, highly detailed stoneware tiles. Tiles that will give your home a distinctive and inviting look that you will be proud of for years to come.
Whether you are looking for a custom designed fireplace surround or a decorative accent for your kitchen or bath, we look forward to working with you.

North Prairie Tileworks
Roger Mayland
Minneapolis, Minnesota
From the first sketch to installed tile, North Prairie Tileworks beautifully creates the magic for your Arts & Crafts home or custom design project or recreates antique craftsmanship for your restoration. Your home is an expression of who you are. Dramatic, warm, inviting, classic, modern, beautiful - all images that can be conveyed with the right attention to detail. Look closely and see the warm results of artistry, craftsmanship and integrity captured in the clay of each tile. North Prairie's tile can match the quality and authenticity of the original handmade tile of the past. North Prairie Tileworks' handmade tile can provide the quality accent to give your home the feel you desire.

The American Swedish Institute commissioned North Prairie Tileworks to create the tiles using their famed Turnblad mansion Swedis
h wood stoves as inspiration. "There is a wealth of classic design features displayed on the Swedish stoves," according to Roger Mayland of North Prairie, "but the challenge for Charlie Henriksen, as the primary designer on this project, was to bring out the few key elements that unite the past with the new tiles." Henriksen hand sculpted each of the designs in clay, created the molds and oversaw the precise and potentially temperamental firing and glazing processes.
Roger will have his tiles at the Minnesota Tile Festival, September 15, 2012, at the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis, MN. Contact Info
