Call for Speakers
The Phoenix chapters of ISACA and ISSA are joining together for the 2012 Summer Security & Audit Conference. It will be a full-day training event at the Desert Willow Conference on August 29, 2012.

We had a great chapter meeting in March and we are very excited about our May chapter meeting. It will be May 31 and will feature Ken Vander Wal, International President of ISACA. He will speak about the new COBIT 5 that was released earlier this month. The meeting is Thursday, May 31, from 11:30 to 3:00 ( register). This will also be our Annual Chapter Meeting so please take a moment to pencil this on your calendars and join us to learn what we have accomplished this past year.
For those who do not receive the WP Carey School of Business knowIT Newsletter from ASU, an article featured the ISACA Phoenix Chapter's partnership with the School of Business. You can read the article here.
Next month the annual leadership conference will take place the weekend before the North American CACS in Orlando, FL. I will be representing our chapter at this conferece. It's a great opportunity to interact with other chapters and learn about how to make our chapter even better. If you have any suggestions or questions I should go to the conference with, please send me an email with your thoughts so we can improve our chapter.
