• The next tournament is the technical tournament called the "Hanmadang" and I encourage all members to get ready to register by putting the date in your diary now.  It's on Saturday 12 November from 1pm to 6pm and promises to be a spectacular event, being the end of year tournament for 2011.
• Registration for the Hanmadang on 12 November is open now and registrations will be online form the home page of the Factor10 website.
• Hanmadang events include board breaking, poomse, self defence, high kick, fly side kick and creative poomse / self defence.  All ages and all belts should attend as this is so great as a confidence and technical builder.
