If you didn't get a chance to register to enter the Factor10 Yellow Jacket tournament but think you may have a spare 20 minutes to pop in and check out the excitement of the event, here's what you can do:

• Simply go to the F10 website www.factorten.com.au and look at the time schedule for all the contests.
• See your class mates compete or come and check out some great black belt fights
• For parents who found their children weren't interested or you may have a worry about a tournament, come and have a look and see how much fun it can be and how the children who do comps really progress faster in their development than children who do not.

Next comp is Hanmadang on Saturday 12 November so get that date in your diary if you can.

Finally, we know theta the more experiences we give ourselves and our children that challenge us out of our comfort zone the better we become at adapting to new situations throughout life.
