In my email to you last month I told you about our exciting new "Fun Factor" SEMINAR SERIES at Factor10 Martial Arts!

The first seminar is on in 2 weeks time on Saturday 4 September from 12.30 to 2.30pm. 

It's about getting back to the fun of Martial Arts in a 2 hour seminar designed for you to just have some fun doing great Martial Arts training.  We'll be doing some basics to get you started then delving into some higher level Martial Arts moves.

I have had many people email and text me to say hi and this has really been so exciting for me to be able to get back in touch with people who have trained with us before or have enquired about having a great Martial Arts experience.
