I have listed below our club oath which our Red belts, Teenagers and Adults recite at the start of each class. It is important that students not only know the club oath but that they understand in their own way what the words mean.
Club Oath
I will be loyal to my instructor and club.
I will demonstrate at all times,
Personal integrity,
Modesty and humility,
Self restraint,
Integrity and truth,
High morals and ethics,
To use correct judgement,
Respect and dignity in my actions.
Meanings:
Loyal: unwavering in devotion
Personal Integrity: maintaining identity, by acting according to your own values
Modesty: freedom from vanity or conceit, not showing off
Humility: a lack of false pride,
Self Restraint: self command or control
Integrity: always acting according to a consistent framework of principles
Truth: reality, according to fact
Morals: rules of right conduct
Ethics: a system of morals
Judgement: the ability to form an opinion objectively
Respect: esteem, courtesy, honour
Dignity: self respect

Gym Equipment and Computer Desks for Sale
We are selling all of our Gym Equipment in order to make more room for our students at the Academy.
If you are interested in putting in an offer see Fiona or leave your bid at the reception. We are hoping to have it all gone by Christmas.
We are also selling our two office/computer desks. If you would like to have a look and make an offer see Fiona or Damien.

You will notice this week that we are taking class photos. We will be making a huge power point presentation for the Christmas party and these photos will be on display along with many other action photos from through out the year at Competitions and social events we have hosted.

Club Technical Comp
Congratulations to everyone who participated on Sunday. It was a great day and heaps of fun was had by all.
A big thank you to the Parents and students who assisted in making the day a great success.
We had scheduled to finish at 1.00pm and we managed to finish at 1.05pm. How good is that!!!
