The Student Ministry will be hosting a Baked Potato meal with all the trimmings on Sunday, April 15th following the Sunday school hour and the late service. You will have your choice of the following items for your baked potato: butter, cheese, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, chili, shredded chicken breast, and pulled pork with bbq sauce. A dessert will also come with your meal. You and your family may eat here at the church in the fellowship hall or if you would like to get your meal to go we will have to go boxes for you. There is no set cost of the meal we simply ask that you make a donation based on what you feel lead to give. All donations will be used to help defer the added cost of camp fees for Falls Creek and for student scholarships. We appreciate and thank you for your support!!!

There is a VBS Clinic at FBC Atlus on April 30th @ 6pm. All Volunteers , or even if your not sure where you want to volunteer you are encouraged to attend this clinic .Classes that you will be able to attend this night will be; Pre-School, Children (Grade 1-4), VBX (Grade 5-6), Crafts, Music / Worship, Missions, Director / Pastors. On Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm during the month of May (beginning May 2nd) we will be covering the Bible study topics that the children will be learning during VBS this summer. Come and get  prepared for VBS! Even if you are not a teacher, the Bible stories are woven through the rotation areas the children will be participating  in during VBS.

The National Day of Prayer will be Thursday, May 3rd.  The United Methodist Church will have  their annual Prayer Breakfast at 6:30am. We have reserved 16 seat for MRBC. If you would like to attend the breakfast,  please drop a check off to the church office for  $15. The seats are on a first come fist serve basis.

Wednesday, May 9th at 7pm.  We'll be studying Beth Moore's A Woman's Heart: God's Dwelling Place.  Here's a synopsis of the study: Discover the parallels of the Tabernacle's building and your life as a chosen vessel of God. This year we will have our first ever Mother daughter look-a-like contest at MRBC. Ladies its "game on"! On Mothers Day Sunday, May 13th, during both services, we will be choosing the best look-a-like pair. A trophy will be giving out during both services to the winners! Mom's and daughters, join us for some Mother's day fun.

Putting Gods Words Into Action, this week  we will study         1 Samuel 4,5,6. All men of our church are invited to come and join this bible study on Wednesday Evenings 6-7pm. Located at the annex building . Call Bill Lay for any questions at  480-5553.
