Join us for an exciting time to present awards to all of our clubbers who have worked hard memorizing there verses this past year. After the awards, we will have a cookie and punch fellowship.

VBS Clinic
Get a jump-start on VBS (Vacation Bible School). The First Baptist Church Altus will host a VBS Clinic on May 2nd at 6:30pm. This clinic will let you see hands on what the kids will be doing, the material that will be used, and decoration ideas. Oh and of course, make sure you wear your sneakers because we will get to learn some of the music! If you plan on helping with Martha Road VBS, please plan to attend this clinic. Join us for a small group fair on
Wednesday May 4th from 6-7 pm.

The guest speaker is Kent Humphreys. The first seven people to buy a ticket can sit at the table reserved for Martha Road Baptist Church. Make your check payable to Jackson County Ministerial Alliance and then give it to pastor Kevin or drop it by the church office.

Mother's Day Appreciation Lunch
Tired of waiting in long lines for your food? The hustle and bustle of a noisy restaurant? Make plans to join us on Mother's Day Sunday May 8th for a meal to honor our mothers. Bring the whole family! The meal will be on a donation basis and prepared by our Student Ministry. All proceeds will go toward the Student Ministry for different expenses such as Senior Trip, and various camps for the summer. So mark your calendars, take mom out for lunch and help our Student Ministry. Please mark on the information card if you will be attending and how many we can prepare for. |

Mother's Day Baby Dedication
Have you had a baby recently? What more of a mother's day gift than to have your baby dedicated to the Lord on this day? Please mark on the information card if you would like to have your baby dedicated on Mother's Day May 8th during the 11am service.

New Membership Class
The class covers the history, vision, structure and other informative subjects about Martha Road. The class is from 3-6pm on May 15th and childcare will be provided. Check the attend new members box on the information card or stop by the church office to make your reservations. The class is free and designed to help people make informed decisions about becoming a member at Martha Road. |

SWBA Preteen Camp
Date: June 6th - 9th
Cost per camper: $65
Preteen camp is for boys and girls going into
the 4th thru 7th grades.
Camp Pastor: "Bubba"
