Snap-up the Snapdragons!!
Antirrhinum is a genus of plants known sometimes as dragon flower or snapdragon. The flower resembles the face of a dragon that opens and closes its mouth (when the flower sides are squeezed); thus, the 'snap'. The Latin name, Antirrhinum, is derived from the Greek 'anti', meaning 'like', and 'rhis', meaning 'nose'--literally, "like a nose".
