THE SANCHEZ FAMILY NEEDS YOUR HELP
Dear Friends,
Our wonderful brother Ramon "Chunky" Sanchez lost his son Fernando, on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in a fatal vehicle accident. We believe that he is in need of financial support and that a grassroots collection is in order. Let's call our friends and business contacts and see if we can get some donations.
Rachael Ortiz and the Barrio Station have taken up a collection to support the family. Checks can be mailed to Ramon Sanchez c/o Barrio Station 2175 Newton Avenue, San Diego, CA 92113. You can also email Rachael at rortiz@barriostation.sdcoxmail.com or her personal email rachaelortiz@cox.net.Rachake can also be reached by phone at You can call me at (619) 207-9711.
They will have out of town travel expenses, meals, arrangements, etc. Chunky has to be on the telephone a lot. This is why Rachael has offered to kick this off and answer as many questions as best she can. There may be others doing a collection as well. Let's show the Sanchez family that they are loved and appreciated. Chunky and Isabel are wonderful leaders who warrant our total support at this very critical time in their lives. Thanks for any help you can offer.
